A: Elevate supports all standard X12 EDI documents including EDI 850 (Purchase Order), EDI 855 (PO Acknowledgement), EDI 856 (Advance Ship Notice), EDI 810 (Invoice), EDI 997 (Functional Acknowledgement), and many more. We also support grocery-specific documents like EDI 875 and EDI 880.
A: Yes. Elevate integrates with NetSuite, Acumatica, and other ERPs via API or flat file. Orders flow directly into your system without re-keying. You can also start without an ERP integration and add it later as you grow.
A: Elevate supports AS2, SFTP, and VAN connectivity. We configure whichever method each retailer requires. For example, Walmart requires AS2 while Costco and Kroger primarily use VAN. We manage all connections on your behalf.
